Returns & Exchanges Policy

All sales are final due to hygiene reasons, based on the nature of our products.

**If your request is due to your item being defected, you may be eligible for a replacement. You must send a photo showing the damage/ defect along with the details of the issue, your full name and order number to classystarr@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of delivery. Please feel free to also include a contact number in case we must reach you by phone.

Due to the hygienic factors associated with our products, we cannot guarantee replacements outside of the given time period.
